This trial is enrolling 40 participants with suprasacral spinal cord (S1 to S5) and bladder spasticity to compare the effect of sacral magnetic stimulation versus sacral electrical stimulation on bladder function. Both treatments are non-invasive and stimulate nerves in the lower spine involved in bladder control, using either magnetic pulses or electrical stimulation applied through the skin. If included, participants will undergo bladder testing (urodynamics study) and then be randomly assigned to receive either sacral magnetic stimulation or sacral electrical stimulation for 20 minutes, 5 days per week, for a total of 20 sessions. Final testing of bladder function with urodynamics will be performed after the 4 weeks.
