This trial is enrolling 30 participants with chronic spinal cord injury to test the safety and feasibility of olfactory cell nerve bridge transplantation combined with intensive rehabilitation. Olfactory cell nerve bridge transplantation is a procedure in which cells taken from the participant's own nose are purified and grown into small nerve bridges and placed into the injured area of the spinal cord to support nerve repair. If included, participants will be randomly assigned to receive either intensive rehabilitation alone or combined with transplantation of nerve bridges. Final testing will be performed after 48 weeks.
